Delivery & Returns

Your goods should arrive within 7 - 10 working days (exclude Saturday and Sunday), however, please allow up to 14 working days in case of any delays. 

Delivery Time: Monday to Friday between 9.00am - 6.00pm 

If you have not received your items within 14 working days - drop us an email (poRiffshop@gmail.com) or give us a call at +852 6741 4128

A signature might be required on delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for your goods.

 

Hong Kong Delivery Restriction:

PO Box address is not accepted.

Exclusions: poRiff will not deliver goods ordered, through this website, to an address known to be that of a Freight Forwarding Company. Should you be interested in ordering items for TRADE purposes please contact us to discuss setting up a trade account.

There is no paper bag provided to all the orders in eshop of poRiff.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

At poRiff, our aim is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and as straight forward as possible. An exchange will be offered provided the goods are faulty and/or damaged or if we have delivered incorrect goods. All exchange as to be requested through our Customer Service Department by email (poRiffshop@gmail.com) or call us at +852 6741 4128 within 10 days of delivery date.

Returning Goods by post

  • We recommend that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that proof of postage is obtained in the event that we do not receive the goods being returned

  • When returning any goods by post or parcel service please pack securely to ensure goods arrive in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging

  • Ensure you enclose your proof of purchase

  • Postage or courier charges are non- refundable except in the case of where we have delivered incorrect goods

  • We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel you are sending.

 

Cancellation of Orders

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once payment has been made.
